How can we get an estimate?

All you need to do is call us and schedule your free inspection and estimate.

Do we have to be out of the house when you are replacing the roof?

Not at all, we actually prefer our customers to be home so we can discuss the project with them as we go, it may be a bit noisy though.

You can, and we recommend removing snow and ice from your roof to reduce damage. However, we recommend calling a pro, roofs are dangerous to walk on even when dry.

    What are ice dams?

An ice dam is a ridge of ice that forms at the edge of a roof and prevents melting snow (water) from draining off the roof. The water that backs up behind the dam can leak into a home and cause damage to walls, ceilings, insulation and other areas.

How do you calculate the amount of shingles I will need for my roof?

To calculate the amount of shingles needed for a roof we take the total square foot count of the roof and add in 10-15% depending how many elevations and how cut up the roof is.

Why is there discoloring in my roof?

The two main culprits for a discolored roof are algae (those ugly black streaks) and granular loss (those little ceramic bits that coat the shingle and build up in your gutters)

My home was damaged by hail and or wind, what is the turn time to fix this?

This is heavily dependent on your insurance. The insurance process typically takes anywhere between 2 weeks - a month. Once approved through the insurance its typically a one day project for us.

I got my check from the insurance adjuster for hail and or wind damage, now what?

By the time you have already received your first check we would have already put a contract and scope of work together for your project. All you need to do is deposit the check and pay us the initial 1/3 down and we can go ahead and order materials and schedule your job. We don't collect the remaining 2/3 until the job is complete.

Will you work with my insurance company to help me move forward with my roofing job?

Absolutely! This is what we are best at, I highly recommend you contact us prior to filling with your insurance. Once you do, we will work with your insurance on your behalf to make sure your claim is maximized and you receive a fair and honest judgement and estimate from your insurance company. The best part about it is all you need to do is file the initial claim and we will take it from there!

What sets you apart from your competition?

I could go on all day about this! Some of the main feedback we have received from customers is that we are very responsive and transparent throughout the entire process and after your project is complete. We also never use any cheap material substitutes, whether we are installing a GAF, Certainteed or a Tamko roof, every last component of the roofing system comes from that manufacturer, this ensures that if you ever have a warranty claim your entire roofing system is covered and not just the shingles.
